Shipping & Delivery

We pack items carefully and ship with trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by destinations being unreachable, customs inspections, incorrect addresses, or other events out of our control.
If you enter an undeliverable address and have to redirect the package, we may charge you any additional shipping costs. You are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and related charges if international shipments are subject to them.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item’s purchase price. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, underwear must be unopened and untried on to be returned. Swimwear, face masks, and other intimate apparel generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons – please choose carefully!
To receive a refund, contact us to request a return label, then mail back the item within 30 days of delivery. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns delivered after this timeframe.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 2 weeks. Refunds are generally issued via the original payment method.
Sale items may have different return policies outlined on the product page – be sure to check before you buy! We also reserve the right to refuse returns in exceptional cases permitted by law.
